Renovation
Rebuilding from the Inside Out
Behind the scenes, the real work of bringing this property back to life was happening below the surface. Rebuilding the foundation meant starting from the ground up — literally — with new footings, reinforced framing, and careful attention to preserving the character of a structure that had stood for well over a century.
Thanks to the expertise of Eyler Mechanical, brand-new mechanical systems were installed throughout the property, from plumbing to electrical to HVAC. It was slow, unglamorous work, but it laid the groundwork — quite literally — for everything that would come next.
